Professor Robert McCorquodale is a member of the United Nations Working Group on Business and Human Rights, which he joined in 2022. He is Emeritus Professor of International Law and Human Rights at the University of Nottingham, and barrister and mediator at Brick Court Chambers in London. He was previously the Director of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) for 10 years. He is widely acclaimed as a leading expert on corporate human rights.
