Laura Boardman is a Managing Director for the Development and Outreach Department at Human Rights Watch. She oversees the department’s activities in European and Middle East and North African cities. Before joining Human Rights Watch in 2004, Laura worked with the Great Ormond Street Hospital and UNICEF UK as Development Manager.
