Bonheur Minzoto consults with RAID on business and human rights, corporate law and governance, mining legislation, and corporate litigation. He is a law doctorate candidate at the University of Manchester and researches topics related to the regulation, governance, and liability of corporate groups and their directors.

Bonheur read Law at York (where he was awarded the programme’s highest award mark) and Kinshasa. His work has featured, or is forthcoming, in leading periodicals such as the Journal of Corporate Law Studies, and he has contributed to online publications including the Oxford Business Law Blog.
