Drusilla Bret-Cunynghame-Robertson is a legal professional with a focus on corporate accountability, human rights law and environmental justice. She joins RAID as a Research Associate, equipped with experience in legal research, strategic litigation, and advocacy.
Her academic pursuits focus on corporate liability with her thesis exploring corporate accountability for human rights violations across various national and international legal frameworks. Drusilla holds several advanced degrees, including a Master 2 in International Criminal Justice from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
Drusilla is trained as a lawyer in Paris and has experience in several lawfirms, contributing to cases involving corporate liability under the “Devoir de Vigilance” law, criminal law and environmental litigation. Drusilla’s previous work also involved European human rights litigation for the French West Indies, NGOs promoting human rights and international entities.
