Michael Elliot
Legal and Policy Researcher

Michael Elliot joined RAID as a Legal and Policy Researcher in 2018. Prior to that, he practised as a litigator at an international and specialised law firms, served as a foreign law clerk at South Africa’s Constitutional Court and interned with the Office of the Presidency at the International Criminal Court. He has postgraduate degrees in law (BCL) from the University of Oxford and International Relations and Politics (MPhil) from the University of Cambridge, and has published or co-published articles in journals that include the Supreme Court Law Review and the University of British Columbia Law Review.
